It’s hard to put into words what releasing this 64 page eWorkshop means to me. Over the course of the last few years, I have dedicated myself to learning the ins and out of newborn photography. Long sessions were spent figuring out methods that worked to safely pose these precious new babies. I spent so many hours away from my family, and so many sessions frustrated with my final outcome to get to where I am today. I teach Newborn Photography Workshops, and after I had been teaching these classes for a while, I realized how overwhelming those one or two days of shooting were for the photographers who were attending my classes. I decided to put together a summary of sorts to help them remember the basics from the day–and the first Rachel Vanoven Posing Guide was “born”.
Word got out that I had put this e-guide together, and those who were unable to attend a workshop wanted in, so early in 2011, I released it to the general public and was thrilled that over the year that it sold, the feedback I received was nothing but positive! I received many emails asking for MORE, though. Photographers had questions about some of the more advanced poses, or techniques that weren’t included in the shorter guide. So I decided to begin working on a new guide, and this project grew bigger than I could have imagined!
Filled with videos of over 17 poses, the lighting techniques that I use, shooting angles, transitioning between poses, and admittance into a private Facebook group. In this group, I’ll be an administrator and everyone who buys the eWorkshop will also be in it. It will be JUST like the private group that my workshop attendees are in, where we daily are asking me personally for advice, sharing images for constructive criticism, venting about a hard day at work, asking advice on how to handle business aspects, and finding photographers in the area to shoot newborns with! It’s been so much fun for me to get to know my workshop attendees, and I look forward to getting to know those who purchase this guide!

Im having some technical difficulties on getting the the E newborn workshop to play in acrobat 10. I see it begins on page 21, but i cant get it to play.
